ZBROZ PRODUCTS LIFETIME WARRANTY

All products and parts manufactured by Zbroz carry only the warranty stated below. Any perceived warranties expressed or implied by any other source is not valid and will not be honored by Zbroz Racing. Our warranty does not cover damaged items due to improper installation or the willful destruction of the product. We do not warranty items that were damaged due to a crash or irregular impact. (ROLLING, IMPACTS WITH SOLID OBJECTS, TREES OR LARGE ROCKS) Damage caused by other products failing is not covered in this warranty. This warranty is only valid to the original owner, and a sales order, receipt, or invoice will be required to process the warranty.

Zbroz Racing products are covered by a lifetime manufacture defect warranty for the original owner with proof of purchase. This warranty covers any defects related to the manufacture of the product. If the submitted warranty claim is covered under the Zbroz Racing warranty, we will replace or repair the product free of charge. Only original Zbroz Racing workmanship and unmodified products are covered by this warranty.

Zbroz Racing LLC does not warranty wear items including but not limited to: reducers; sleeves; pins; ball joints; bushings; seals; and O-rings. However, replacements parts are available for purchase.

Warranties related to EXIT shocks follow the same guidelines as above. Be aware that coil over hydraulic shocks require regular maintenance and service. It is as important as changing oil in your car. For active riders, Zbroz recommends servicing your shocks annually; which will drastically increase the life of your shock and ensure proper performance. Shocks that have been neglected and/or not regularly serviced will not be covered under the Zbroz Racing Lifetime warranty.

All customers submitting a warranty claim must supply Zbroz Racing with the proper purchase documents along with pictures of the vehicle and product. You may be asked to provide more pictures in order for our warranty department to fully understand and come to a conclusion.
